Resource Factor is the staffing firm dedicated to the education field.
Our aim is to provide fully qualified and pre-screened early childhood educators and assistants to private schools, child care centres, Montessori schools, preschools,before & after school programs and other educational programs. Resource Factor staff are available for short-term assignments, long-term assignments or permanent placements.
Providing staff is not a side business for us, It is all we do.
We are serving private schools child care centres ranging from small single location centres to many of the largest national organizations. We work with all types of child care organizations, including public & private, non-profit & for-profit and community organizations.
At Resource Factor, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We track the performance of our staff by soliciting customer feedback after each and every assignment.
We assign a dedicated Team Member to our customers so that you will have a single point of contact for all of your interactions with Resource Factor – no speaking with a different person every time you call. Resource Factor interviews all staff in person gives them a written test of their early childhood education skills, and provides them with a workbook of numerous activities they can conduct with the children in the event there is no lesson plan in place due to the teacher absence.
