WHAT COST WILL I SAVE FOR USING RESOURCE FACTOR SERVICES?
Our rates are all inclusive. When you use a teacher from Resource Factor it is usually because you have a vacancy to fill. If you were to fill that vacancy yourself you would incur all of the following costs:

Benefits costs (Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension/Retirement)

Paid vacation, sick days and statutory holidays

WSIB
In addition to avoiding all of the above costs, using Resource Factor also saves you money by reducing over-time for your staff, eliminating the need to place recruitment ads, reducing your payroll processing costs, and allowing you to easily adjust your staffing levels to match fluctuating enrollment.

HOW CAN I ASSURE THE TEACHER YOU SENDING ME ARE ACTUALLY QUALIFIED?
We do extensive screening and background checking of our applicants before they become part of our staff pool. They conduct a detailed interview with the applicants; obtain their criminal clearances; make sure that their health screening (where applicable) and TB testing are completed; verify their transcripts and E.C.E. course work; validate the authenticity of their educational certificates if they are from foreign institutions; verify their employment record, etc. In addition, Resource Factor requires to pass CCEYA test for day care staff.As standard practice, all our supply are required to carry with them to every assignment a file with all of the necessary documents to prove they fully satisfy all licensing requirements. CAN I TRY A TEACHER AS A TEMPORARY BASIS AND THEN PUT HER /HIM ON MY PAYROLL ?
Yes, indeed. Resource Factor offers a “temp-to-perm” conversion program. With this option, you can start using a Resource Factor employee on a temporary basis, and then make a decision to hire her/him on a permanent basis after being satisfied with their on-the-job performance. THE TEACHER RESOURCE FACTOR PLACES FOR OUR SCHOOLS WOULD NOT BE FAMILIAR WITH OUR CURRICULUM .HOW CAN THEY FUNTION EFFECTIVELY?
Typically our staff have many years of child care job experience or relevant education with a variety of curriculum philosophies. But naturally, at the outset, they will not be expert on every aspect of your specific program. Resource Factor sensitizes its employees to strictly abide by the guidelines of the centre/school they are in and to execute the teaching philosophy of the centre/school. . You can also make Resource Factor aware of any key issues the substitute needs to be aware of and we can convey those to the candidate when the assignment is given.

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR CREDIT IN NOT APPROVED?
.If there is not immediate approval or you do not wish to fill in a Credit Information Form, Resource Factor can still serve you. In this situation, you can use a credit card to cover your usage.
RESOURCE FACTOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY OFFICE IN MY TOWN. CAN YOU STILL SERVE MY SCHOOL?

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU FULFILL AN ORDER FOR SUPPLY STAFF?
In urgent situations, Resource Factor respond within half an hour after receiving your order. Naturally, the more advance notice you can give, the higher the likelihood of finding an exact match to your requirements.
CAN WE PLACE ORDERS AFTER HOURS?
Yes, Resource Factor have 24-hr/7-day voice messaging capabilities to accept orders from customers. You may also place orders via e-mail. If an order is placed after office hours, we will act on your message first thing the following morning and confirm fulfillment with you. Our regular hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
HOW DO WE ESTABLISHED HOW MANY HOURS SUBSTITUTE HAS WORKED?
Resource Factor uses paper and online time card system. At the end of each assignment, the substitute either use paper sheets or logs into portal and enters their work hours. An authorized customer representative signs/approves the work hours either by signature using a password known only to them. The online system automatically sends email receipts showing the work hours to both the customer and the supply staff.
HOW DOES BILLING WORKS?
Resource Factor bills customers once per week or biweekly depending on client preference. Resource Factor invoices show in detail the date and hours each supply staff worked at your site. All hours that have been approved by the customer are billable.
HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS?

WILL I BE UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO USE YOUR SERVICE, IF I SIGN UP NOW?
No, there is no obligation. Signing up with Resource Factor is absolutely FREE .. It does not commit you to using Resource Factor services for any period of time. It just allows we need to complete some necessary paperwork, without which Resource Factor could not commence service. Hence, in the future, when you do have a staffing need, all your paperwork will be in place and Resource Factor can respond to your request immediately
